Celebrate National Donate Life Month by giving the gift of sight — one bite at a time! On Wednesday, April 30, 2025, from 5:00–8:00 PM, dine at Portillo’s in Madison (4505 E Towne Blvd) and 20% of your meal purchase will be donated to the Lions Eye Bank of Wisconsin when you show our flyer or use the code PORTILLOS58 for pickup orders in the Portillo’s app or website.
