All states—including Wisconsin—have enacted the Uniform Anatomical Gift Act (UAGA) which allows all people age 18 and older to donate eye tissue after death for transplantation, research, and education.

There are several ways that you can ensure your future donation for transplants:

Even in the presence of a signed driver's license with a donor dot, Lions Eye Bank of Wisconsin will act only with the consent of the donor’s legal next-of-kin.
